Why we publish these answers

First-time BPO buyers face an information asymmetry — the vendors have done this thousands of times and the buyers haven't. Publishing the real answers (including the uncomfortable ones) is the best way we know to level the conversation. The buyers who arrive having read this list have much better procurement processes, and we win more of their business than we lose — because they're filtering for the right things.

The procurement principle behind all eight

Every question above is really the same underlying question: which partner will I still be glad I chose in month 12? Cost, ramp time, GDPR posture, agent attrition — they're all proxies for that single decision. Score for it explicitly and you'll consistently make better calls.
